Mad — Thanks! FWIW, Rachael is also needle-phobic. She’s made a deliberate effort to attack the phobia head-on, so to speak. So, ya never know…. You might end up with multiple mother-daughter tattoos all over the place….

And, Rach has informed me that I’m likely to end up with about six grand-kids before all is said and done, so I may have a LOT more tattoos in my future.

In the meantime I live vicariously through you, Rory… very cool.

But I just read a piece somewhere (on the Internet, so it must be true) that said certain ink-intensive tattoos can be warped and/or mushed about into unrecognizable shapes if their owners play guitar with a lot of distortion.

Looks like you’re Mr. Clean from now on, Bubba.

Needless to say, I’m extremely pleased with this tattoo. The pics don’t really do justice to either Rachael’s or mine. They’re both gorgeous. And deeply meaningful to me.

I’m thinking that this one is likely to be my last.

Of course, that’s what I thought about the previous one, too…..

And Rachael is as fine an example of great parenting as I’ve ever seen. You done good, buddy boy.
