It’s been said that Kansas, where I was raised, is the Buckle of the Bible Belt – which can only mean that I now live in the Zipper.* 

In other words, while Kansas does its best to hold up the nation’s moral trousers, Texas prefers to slyly cover up the naughty bits while simultaneously providing easy access.
