Oh my God, it’s Wednesday! My day to post!
Okay, if I’d worked on this a little longer, it would be shorter…
I was in Book People on Sunday and while my husband browsed science fiction and military history, I stood in the food section and read an essay in Best Food Writing 2006. The essay was by Jeffrey Steingarten and it asked the question, is it all right to eat foie gras?
